Little treats gift shop Did not send goods but took payment and postage payment, gumtree refunded but no postage refund, contacted seller but does not reply

A deal was purchased through gumtree, I then used the voucher on the website and paid for postage. I waited 6 days before even getting acknowledged that I had ordered goods... That's bad to begin with. I asked for a refund which I received straight away but the seller still continued to ask of postage costs. I have asked for a refund but have not received and have not had any contact with seller. It seems a scam
