I purchased a couple pair of sunglasses from this website. When the item arrived, they were in a very ill packed package and they were not what I ordered. I contacted the website and they told me to send in the picture of items receive and items I wanted to get. I did so and send it in just so they can tell me that the sunglasses I received cost more than the glasses I wanted to order. They cannot refund the purchase because they're losing profit. Nor they can exchange the items because they're out of stock which seems like just the excuse because they still have those two items on their website. Below is what they sent.
