We placed the order with this supplier in aug and we were told delivery in 40days, two months pass he was unable to give goods, then in Dec he informed us good are ready. We booked ship everything, at time of shipment there were no goods, and then again he asked for another two months. We had no choice as he was holding on to our deposit, then he showed us pictures of someone else's goods and telling us your goods are ready and one model was not what we had ordered. He said that mold is not there and we had to take this one and it is quality of HQ plus the other two models means instead of 1 container he wanted to sell someone else's 2 containers to us. We told him we want what we had order then he said sorry for that he needs to make new mould. Again 2 months he took 6 months dragging the order like this and after 6 months he said he can't do the order.
Was really really upset and he wansn;t even able to give us the delosit back on time as he actually took the money and invsted elsewhere, people working in this company are all cheater, Please do not do business with them they take money use and he return less then what actually paid.
Please do not place order with this factory, as after waiting for six month i got no goods and lost money.
