I paid $99 for technical assistance. Before paying I explained the issue and what I attempted to do to fix it. They assured me it was a common problem and they could help me fix it in 20 minutes. After paying, they told me to do what I had already told them I had done, then told me it was unrepairable. When I called back in to speak to someone else, they wanted me to pay and additional $79 to speak to an American. I called their corporate office who told me they were sorry "The technician hurt my feelings".
