I bought a Acer Notebook PC which is a piece of crap. Had it only 3 weeks when it died, called Acer customer support and explained the problem and I was told I needed to use my start up disk, I told them I did not have one and one did not come with the system, I was told that I need to purchase one from them for $25.00
