Deception, misleading, and lying ripoff

When we called to sign up for hughes net service we were told that we had 30 days to try it and if we were not satisfied we wouldnt have to pay a $400.00 hardware fee if we are not satisfied.

We didnt have the system 12 hours before the problems started. Every time we tried to get on web sites we were told it was FORBIDDEN.

So i called customer support thinking this will be some easy fast fix. WRONG.

Everyone we talked to assured us that we were not paying enough to access the faster web sites and that we would have to pay another rate to be able to go where we wanted.

After about seven phone calls and no results, we contacted the installer and displayed our dissatisfaction. They told us to call back and ask to speak with someone in america.

We called back and were told that this was not going to happen because there is not any american support, all over seas.

So with one last attempt i tried speaking with a supervisor and was told we will get the same answer... Live with it... Or give it back and pay $400.00.

I fell like we were mislead from the start. We called and got an american to sign us up, why cant we get american support? Why do they tell you that you have 30 days? And then sorry service. Its because they know its a ripoff.

If we cant get answers, we just keep paying or pay $400.00 for termenation fees. What a winning profit for hughes net.
