My 95 year old mother bought CD set from Time Life she saw on T.V.
When she placed the order on the phone, apparently the customer service
rep. From Time-Life asked her if she wanted to join MVQ shopping service.
My mother is hearing impaired. Of course, she did not want to become
a member. But she saw on her credit card billing statement charges from
MVQ shopping essentials. I have contacted her credit card and the 2 charges of $16.95 is being disputed.
