I've not received my order even after payment was made to the supplier. I have made T/T payments on 11 May and 16 May with total $6,831.48 for 324 bottles of various amino product & 120 piles of various weight gainer and whey protein products, with the agreement that Muscle Planet Export Inc. Will deliver my order items to my forwarder agency USA warehouse in New Jersey on 21 May but after a month of waiting my order has never arrived. The payments were transferred to account name Essaid Elkadiri, account #9993757438, Citi Bank 3818 Queens Blvd Long Island City NY 11101, routing number 021000089, city swift code CITI US 33.
I was promised that the second invoice and the packing list of my first and second order would be sent after I made the second transfer but because until 18 May I had not received them, I reminded Muscle Planet and they promised to send them the next day. I had not received them until now.
Again, because there was no news on 21 May I reminded them again on 22 May and they answered that their USA office was closed for the week due to the holidays, they promised my order will be processed the next week. From that point on until now, I have lost contact with the supplier. Several attempts to communicate via emails, phone calls and voice messages on 23,29 of May; and 2,6, 7 of June were not responded at all.
