I'm a international trader on fitness product as well.in Feb, I've seached Alibaba for a new product source vendor, and came across the Muscle Planet. I've inquired andd the contact person was Jacob Lee.
With numerous mails on the product requesting, I've placed my order for about USD5000 and paid by paypel in May. Afterwords, Jacob Lee informed me on the date of ship departure to Taiwan.
Everything was good until I requested for my bill of lading information and tracking no., and there is no reply from since. I've sent many mails to ask on the process of my order, and there are no replies.
It is frustrating when I saw your review, which I guess my condition is no better than yours. And it's over 45ays so I cant stop my paypal payment anymore.
Now I dont know how to respond to my partners in the company... Mr. Essaid Elkadiri and Jacob Lee, if there is just some mistake, please either send my order or return my money!
