I am an international buyer. I would like to submit a complaint against Essaid Elkadiri, owner of Muscle Planet Export Inc, 48-11 43rd Avenue Suite 3R, Sunnyside, New York, 11104. I've not received my order even after payment was made to the supplier.
I have made T/T payments to account name Essaid Elkadiri, account # XXXXXXXXXX, Citi Bank 3818 Queens Blvd Long Island City NY 11101, routing number XXXXXXX, city swift code CITI US:
- dated May 11 with the amount of US$3987.60
- dated May 16 with the amount of US$2843.88
The order should have been sent to my USA forwarder agency warehouse in New Jersey immediately after the second transfer, but after a month of waiting it has never arrived. I have also lost contact with the supplier shortly after the transfer was done. Several attempts to communicate via emails, phone calls and voice messages on 22,23, 29 of May; and 2,6, 7 of June were not responded at all.
