You have a worker who has excelled on the grill. Her burger preparation has us returning due to her prep of food. I found out besides being a long time employee with long hours with little or no raises. If i were in management i would have her on the road instructing others about good prep. Dont lose an excellent individual like this by disregarding excellence for the company!
