Walgreens store #5270 - Vyvance 40mg

I picked up my controlled substance prescription from Walgreens on McCart Ave and did not count my medication as I usually
do. I noticed the pills seemed a little short but didn't count until 6-3-12 when I realized I only had 6 pills left. I called the
pharmacist Monday morning at 6:38am on 6-4 and explained how many pills I had left and if there was a mistake. That
employee said to call back that day at 2pm to talk to the manager. I called at 2pm and the manager couldn't talk to me. So at
3:30pm I drove up to the pharmacy where Deanna B. (Pharmacy Manager) said she hasn't had a chance to do an inventory
count and wouldn't get to do it until after 10pm but would call me the next day at 8:30am. She did call me and say she was having a meeting with her supervisor that day from 2p-6pm and would let me know. Now it is 6-6-12 and I recieved a call
back from Deanna and she said her inventory is correct but didn't have any other answers for me. I am
missing 30 controlled substance pills (vyvance 40mg). Although Walgreens doesn't seem to think this is important I feel
something should be done about this. My doctor can not write a prescription for 15 more days so withdrawl from the meds will start soon. I filled a police report with Fort Worth Police Department. I understand I should have counted my pills right then, but I don't feel all of the responsibility should be on me. There should be at least some sort of solution that is better than not having any medication and having to get the Fort Worth Police involved.
