I ordered a set of patio furniture. It arrived less than 2 weeks later, but the table was shattered. Now a month after receiving the set I have called 4 times and received 8 emails extending the expected delivery date. The service people were polite, but completely unhelpful. The summary: target.com has no idea when the new table will be available to ship and there is absolutely nothing they are willing to do about it except email you every couple of days with a new expected delivery date. And they say they can't cancel the replacement so even if I return the rest of the set I can't get a refund until the replacement table comes and then is returned so I have no choice but to wait no matter what. Oh and I get no compensation of any kind for my inconvenience.
