Service, placement, billing - 16' moving and storage Pods

My order started out pleasantly enough. After discussion with the customer service rep and at his suggestion I ordered two 16' Pods to be delivered one week apart and when the first Pod was delivered it was to be placed on the left side of my 3 car wide driveway. When I came home on the first delivery date I was very surprised to see two Pods on the right side of the driveway. I immediately called and after holding 35 minutes because of their "popularity" I explained both issues and I was told that that was what the order said and that there were no notes about placement in the driveway, but someone would call me back the next morning. No one called. One business day later triple what I expected to come out of my account was charged. I called again and after another extended hold time and discussion an incident report was opened. When I asked why triple the amount that I was told came out of my account I was told that it was because I received two Pods. Huh??? When I spoke to them next I was told that they had listened to the recorded discussion and told me that I'd agreed to delivery of both Pods. When I asked to listen to the recording I was told it was proprietary. Right. They can tell me anything they want if I can't listen to the recording of a conversation WITH ME!!! After looking around on the website, I found where the original rep entered the notes. There was only reference to one Pod to be delivered and the placement instructions were there. Of course I called back... Hold, hold, hold, while I listen to them tell me how great and popular they are... Too late. Too late. All of the managers went home. Probably while I was on hold. At least this time I was given an extension to call back on. I called back today. I told them I was concerned about the billing since they'd already charged me $600 and there was only $63 left on my quote. After a flimsy and not exact explanation I moved on. I pointed out that the placement of the Pod (singular) was in fact noted on my account. I was then told that the driver probably couldn't place it on the left. The conditions are the same across my entire driveway. I asked if she spoke with the driver. She said he probably wouldn't remember why he put them on the right. When I asked about the reference to a singular Pod noted by THEIR REP I was told "We already reviewed your recording and you agreed to the delivery of both Pods." Of course, the recording I do not have access to. If I am charged a dime over my quoted price that I have in writing in my e-mail and there are any more problems with this order they will be hearing from an attorney on my behalf. I work with many attorneys in my line of business, all of which would be more than happy to go to battle for me.
