I just received this letter today saying that I won $250,00.00. Letter also states that that they informed me on Dec. 22nd, I never received such a letter from these people til now.in the 2nd paragraph it states, there is a payment office located in Buffalo, N.Y. So why are they telling me to make an Intn'l. Call? I'm going to be bold enough to make this call, and see what happens. I refuse to send these people any amount of funds.
