I too have been sent a letter from Ocean Bloom International Group, that stated I had won their sweepstakes back in November 18. The letter says they contacted me then and in December 22. I have not received either of the letters. Supposedly I have won $250,000.00 in the second 2nd category, what ever that means. So they say I have 3 weeks from date of this letter to contact them or I forfeit my winnings. I am going to call the UK number provided on the letter and see what they have to say. I shall update this info when I get new.
