Ocean Bloom International Group informed me on June 25 that I had won 250,000.00 back in November 18 and that they have been waiting for me to claim my money but when I try to call the phone number (011-44-791-000-8484) that they gave me you get an operator saying your call cannot be completed as dialed. They claim to have an office in Buffalo, New York. The lot numbers that they drew for me were 5-10-15-24-31-45 which supposely won the 2nd category that I was given a 3 week timeframe to claim my winnings. The names on the letter were David Sean and Helen Anderson. Thank you Daniel Orihuela.
