I placed an order on May 12th. My credit card was charged the same day. Today is June 5th and my items were not shipped even though I called them last week and they promised it will be shipped. They never replaid to my email. And even though their hours are 9-12pm Pacific time, every time I try to call at 9:00 their answer machine gives a different time to call for the day. I placed a complain with my credit card and the amount is under dispute.
