I'm disappointed with CVS Pharmacy located at 576 E. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA (#9856). I often have problems with getting my medicines in this pharmacy: system doesn't work, instead of pharmacist I had to talk to some guy who didn't belong to pharmacy (that was store manager) and I spent about 30 minutes to get my medicines. Moreover, they have switched my birth control pills to generic several times even though prescription says "Do not switch to generic" and haven't even called me. The pharmacist told me that they still could order exactly the same medicine, but it'll take 5 more days. I had to go to other CVS pharmacy located at 1165 W. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA to get what I need. I got my birth control pills there, but somebody put scotch tape on the side with day listing, and now I have to mark days by using permanent marker. So, if you want to have something like that, go to CVS pharmacy.
