I have been with Direct TV for well over 6 years. Now when I began the package I had Cloo station. Now Direct TV changed my package took out the station Cloo and still charge me for the package that I paid for with the cloo station in it. So I ask them to explain I get nothing but a run around. So I ask for managment no one is in right now. So I've been wating for a manager sence March to now no one has tried to help. SO I call back and ask for CEO White and they tell me that he will never speak with anyone. I see how the CEO's get the big money packages of 20million. Because they F everyone to get it. I had to put a date in this started in march and I'm still paying for a package that I don't have what I paid for in the begaining. But yet I'm still paying the same bill.
