Gave DHL a shot and they lost two packages in two weeks. When I contacted their 800 folks it was a joke. They told me the first time someone would call back in an hour, never heard from them and it took two more calls from me to get the package delivered.
On the second package it was to be a Saturday Express delivery, I would not have paid for this service if I did not need it obviously. Package never made it out of the city it was picked up in on Friday. Called the 800 # and the station and they were just like sorry, too bad.
Did not offer to make it right, did not offer to advance package, not even an apology (Deanna at DHL West Denver even told me that is the shipping buisness). If it has to be there go UPS or FedEx, DHL is the rack discount carrier and you will not get what you pay for.
