I signed up for the "free" Regal E Cig and the advertisement stated you pay just $4.95 for S & H. About 4 weeks later I received my package. Then to my surprise I received a charge of $119.00 on my April Bank statement as well as a $54.95 for refills which I did not order! On May 28th I received an email stating my order has been shipped and a charge of $54.95 was charged to my account. I called and what a nightemare! The representative, Jason would not let me get a word in edge wise. He was very rude and just kept talking over me. Finally I was able to tell him I did not order this and he said I signed up for monthly shipments (I DID NOT). He also stated I was billed $119 b/c I did not return the package within 14 days! NO WHERE IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT DID IT STATED THIS WAS A TRIAL PROMO. Needless to say i cancelled. This company is a rip off and a scam in all aspects... Don't become a victim!!!
