A few months back I saw an advertisment for this product and decided to try it, knowing that I could cancel by a specified time. When I did this, they extended my cancellation date another two months. I used the product in that amount of time and liked it, but decided to go ahead and cancel before any further shipments were sent. The number listed on the packing slip kept ringing into a recording saying they were having facility phone trouble. I tried several days ahead and at different times of the day. As I searched for another number on the website, I came across this sight, where many others had experienced the same... I received a new package today and sure enough my credit account has been charged $74.90. What I did learn through my visa account is that another number (888) 534-3596 was listed next to the charge. I did just now call the number and successfully got through to an agent who did supposedly cancel my account with Dermapure and gave me a return merchandise authorization number. Hurray! Hopefully, when they receive the product back that will be the end of it... Hope this information helps someone else!
