I typed in my complaint moments ago but couldn't get my scanner to scan a pic of the cardboard hype that comes with skillet. Decided that I would try once more to get them to respond.
I got this as a gift at Christmas from someone out of my city. It worked properly about 6 weeks and began to stick. When I called the guy said he couldn't handle my complaint and would have someone higher up call me. Of course, they did not. It is now almost June and I still have a sticking piece of junk.
So, that brings us to today. I had a lot of difficulty finding a number that wasn't for ordering but eventually did. I had saved it so this time was easier to reach. The girl said as it was a gift they could not do anything because the lifetime warranty ONLY extended to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER. If I wanted anything done, I would have to contact the person who gave the gift and have them go through hell trying to make good on a non existing warranty.
This whole company is a scam in my opinion.
