I received a Ceramic Green Non-Stick Fry Pan with a Lifetime Warranty for Christmas. Within 6 weeks the green surface started to wear off and the pan would stick. I called the company after great difficulty locating a telephone number. A guy told me that he would have to refer me to a supervisor and that they would call me. It is almost June and I have not heard yet. I am over 60 years old and know how to use a fry pan so it is not as though I have never had a non stick before. I am sure this company makes it so difficult so that you don't bother them with returns. As this gift came from another city, I have no idea where it was purchased.
I consider their lifetime warranty false advertising as they will not acknowledge a problem with one of their skillets.
