Advertises Brand Name Then Sends Junk

EMTC advertises Energizer batteries and then ships unbranded product. When contacted they will tell you to return them AT YOUR EXPENSE for a full refund. I told them to send a free return envelope or I dispute the charge. The dispute alone is an automatic charge to them from the merchant processor so they will pay, one way or another. Clearly fraudulent!
