I ordered Third Watch - all episodes. I received an email that the order was unsuccessful and they would try again. I even got a phone message from someone who sounded like a little old lady saying it was unsuccessful. They resubmitted and it went through. I wish I would have checked my voicemail messages — my bank called about a possible fraudulent charge! When I saw the "international fee charge" and that it was from China, I knew something was up. No tracking number provided, either. I am going to see what, if anything, my bank can do... I doubt it.

There may be many reasons for this declination, such as:
1.incorrect credit card details, such as card number, or CVV
2.incorrect billing address/name submitted
3. Or your credit card may require pre-authorization from the bank to approve the purchase

Do contact your card company for assistance. Rest assured as well that your declined order will be reprocessed and put up for billing again in another 5 working days.
