I placed an order for Raspberry Ultra Drops and had problems placing the order. I was contacted by "Ann" who asked for my credit card info to reorder the drops (I know!!! Dumb!) she said to call the bank and authorize the order since it was an international order the banks question it. Her number is 347-584-1051. I received an email later that night from eileen. [email protected] that the order didn't go through. So far nothing has been charged but now I'm worried. This was her email:

There may be many reasons for this declination, such as:
1.incorrect credit card details, such as card number, or CVV
2.incorrect billing address/name submitted
3. Or your credit card may require pre-authorization from the bank to approve the purchase
Do contact your card company for assistance. Rest assured as well that your declined order will be reprocessed and put up for billing again in another 5 working days.
