I bought two pairs of shoes in December. Neither pair of shoes fit.
In May I became aware I was billed 5 monthly charges of $39.95 as part of the membership that requires signing on to the website to "opt out" or "skip this month". I called to cancel my subscription and obtained a confirmation number on my cancellation.
It is unfortunate that the monthly fee membership and opt out conditions are buried in the terms and conditions. I know of at least two other friends who also failed to realize the monthly fee. The advertising is not clear on the monthly charge and short opt out timeframe between the 1st and 5th of the month.
While I was told there is a 5 month credit in my account, I am not interested in exercising the credit as I was disappointed with the first two pairs of shoes I ordered which are still sitting in my closet unused.
I expect the company to refund in part or in whole the monthly membership
