I ordered a pair of shoes from justFab.com in May and when I reviewed my order a few days later I noticed the VIP monthly charge and I immediately sent an email to [email protected] per the customer service website. I requested to cancel my "membership" effective immediately. Now, it is August and I am still being charged the $39.95. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service today, transferred to two supervisors, they refused to refund my $39.95 from any month and they were resistant to the cancelling of future membership charges. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and the scam of monthly charges.
