Just fab charged my account and turns out they have been doing it since i bought a pair of shoes. When i called to complain i was told that it was on the website that you would be billed if you do not buy or skip your monthly boutique. First and foremost i think it should be stated at the time of account set-up although it may be there it should be written in big words not stuck in the terms and conditions section (and mini print at that) like anybody really has time to read all of that. I am very dissappointed in my exeperience with justfab cant wait to cancel but of course i would have to wait until i get my other two pairs of shoes that i was forcefully forced to buy.
