I ordered a pair of shoes from them one time and they were so crappy that I decided not to use it anymore, but the next month there's all of a sudden a charge on my credit card from them. I didn't order any shoes. I called them and they refuse to give me a refund because when you order shoes you are AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in their monthly membership, they even say that it's in the fine print!!! And that you will be charged monthly even when you're not buying shoes. The people I talked to were USELESS and RUDE and I still don't have my money back!
