Just got a call from a Patrick Walters at 646-370-2958. Story similar to the rest. He played back a recording and threatened to report it as a bad debt. Employee said he took a call, but was cancelling service, not authorizing new service and certainly not buying a service for $600. This all happened in January, but just received the first bill this week.
