I am now in my second year of fighting this company. January I received a call stating that my bill was overdue. I told them I did not authorize this service which is when they played a recording of my voice saying yes so I paid the bill. I informed them at the time that I did not want to automatically renew this service the next year. I received a bill last week. I talked to Shawna today & she told me there was no notation on my account & I had not sent some type of form back. I told her I never received a form. I told her I refuse to pay the bill and now it will be sent to a collection agency
