Began business transaction with online business that specializes in making custom powwow regalia outfits and providing bead work services. On 9/26 I ordered a fancy shawl regalia and bead work for the outfit. I paid a deposit of $1,370 for the full outfit and on 1/20 I paid a balance of $270 for accessories that were completed. I also sent a check in the amount of $80 for dance Plumes (imitation feathers) and a barrette I had purchased for the owners to use as a idea to make the regalia. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company via their website email, business email, regular mail and certified mail. To date, I have not had a response nor a return of monies, personal items and items I paid for (per certified mail). I am looking for assistance in how to proceed with a case. I have contact many of the consumer protection agencies.
