After placing two orders on outfits through "Fetish Bitch Clubwear", I am very dissapointed with the lack of service given to thier customers, as well as the very rude responses I've recieved from this company.

On May 5th I ordered two outfits, after many issues with the website, paypal and contacting the seller 15 times, needed by May 20th, with certian specifications (these outfits being VERY expensive), one of my payments processed as planned and the other failed. So come may 24th I havent recieved the outfit that I paid for I send an email to Sharon Lawor of FB Clubwear.

I recieve nothing but disrespectful responses basically stating they have too much business to worry about my problem. And simply refusing to FED EX anything at my cost nor do anything as far as correcting my order goes. So I unknowingly paid for the second outfit only to be told "We have a heavy workload every week and do not have time to mess about like this. I will refund the sussiz set youhave only just paid for" without requesting any refund. Now after the fact realizing Im not to recive the services I requested (my items by a specific date) I request a full refund and get "I don't really have to refund on any of them as both have been made to your specifications, but was being nice. U have done nothing but mess us about from start to finish, now expect me to refund on items already dispatched sorry but no" ON THE ONE THAT HASNT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED, I was told that couldnt even be sent until TUESDAY!

I will be charging back to my credit card on these items, and warn any of you that are thinking about ordering from this pathetic excuse for a company. How simple is it to mail an outfit, or process a refund you already offered, the response was spiteful, and disrespectful.

I probably would have got better service if I wasn 't a " Dumb American, that messed up the whole order. But who knows maybe the customers wrong and the sky's purple, everyone beware.
