I ordered the trial for the $1.95 shipping cost. I liked the product so I called the toll free number and spoke to a very pleasant representative. I asked to be put on the automatic monthly shipping for a discounted price. She told me to expect it to ship 5/3. It has never come, so I thought maybe they are backordered and give it a little more time. I still have not recieved anything and it is now 5/11. So I called all the contact numbers the company had given me. All of them do not work with a recording claiming company phone problems. Then the red flag went up. Not only did they charge me on 4/17 a price we did not agree on, but I have not been able to contacy them in any way. I have called all their numbers daily since 5/11. Nothing it's like they skipped town. So, I called my credit card to dispute charges, and they tried to call. Same thing, Nothing. I also contacted the Fraud department. And the sad part is I really liked the product. My question is has anyone else had this happen? And what agency can I report this to. WE have to shut this scam down! (Personal Info Removed)
