I began to order this product online. When I didn't complete the order, someone called me on the phone and reassured me that I could order the product for 1.99 shipping and had a 14 day trial. I asked what happened after the 14 day trial and why they would give me a 30 day supply for a 14 day trial. The gentleman (and I use that phrase loosely) said I just keep the product and the company would contact me to see if I wanted more. I ordered and when the product came, there was no shipping info or return info in the box. This should have been my first clue but I thought that this was in keeping with what I was told. Another box came without my ordering it so I called the company and they reluctantly took it back and said they would credit my account which hasn't happened yet. I sent the product back with a tracking order from the US Postal Service so I could prove that it would be received by the company. When I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged for the original free trial and the second box as well. I called. They told me that they were not obligated when talking on the phone to tell me any requirements of the purchase.in other words they can evade your questions or work around them to get you to purchase without telling you the truth about how they work. You are required to read the very lenghtly agreement thoroughly before purchasing. Shame on me for falling for this scam. The woman on the phone wouldn't give me a complaint department. She directed me to the web site for Durmapure where there are no addresses or phone numbers. There is no corporate headquarters on the internet. This is truely a SCAM, but may be a legal scam because the requirements may be in the agreement you sign. I will look after I vent here. Durmapure is certainly unscrupulous and not a company you want to do business with.
