Lied twice regarding scheduling

I took my car to Walter's Auto Body the beginning of May for hail damage repair. A rep there used my insurance estimate sheet to ensure it matched what they saw, and he agreed. He said to come back at the end of May to have the work done.

When I returned the last week of May they could not find any of my paperwork and they had nothing scheduled for me. We did the estimate again and the rep who did the first estimate came out and said he remembered me being there before. Again they agreed with the insurance estimate and this time they wrote my name on the calendar for 18 June.

When I arrived with my car on 18 June I was told that they were too busy and that I'd have to reschedule for 16 July.

They lost paperwork and lied to me twice. I'm a returning customer who referred business to them. I expect more from them. If they are too busy, then tell me and schedule my car accordingly. Don't just keep pushing me back. I recommend avoiding Walter's Body Shop.
