I ordered a "free trial" of slimming pills and a colon cleanser that work together. I paid £2.95 shipping for each product. I cancelled my subscription and returned the goods on the day they arrived. I received an email acknowledging the cancellation but was advised the payment may already have been taken but that no more would be taken in future! I smelled a rat and emailed to request a refund. No reply... I rang the number for their Customer Services but only got an aborted automated voice message. I have emailed again... Im not going to hold my breath for a reply... I amlivid and feel this is unsolicited selling / theft. I am going to seek legal advice and may even go to the media.
