I orderd a free trial of the hearble cleanse in january and i had money taken out of my accunt totalling £120 pound so rang the bank and they sed netrisciance had taken the money so i rang them to cancel my free trial and to be told i would not be getting a refund and the phone was put down on me i have emailed them to ask why i have been treated this way and not yet had a reply so i contacted my bank and they said if i do not hear anything back from the company they will be in contact with them to get my money back they are complete scam i needed the money they had taken out for my twin girls birthday and i find it to be an utter disgrace that they will not refund my money for products i did not want or recive
