I signed up for the free trial but emailed the company to report a problem with the pills which were causing me and my husband to have diarrhoea. We never received a reply and now more pills arrived today and I have also been charged over £100 on my card. I have returned all the pills and forwarded a copy of my initial complaint email to them today and am awaiting a reply.
I find this kind of activity very annoying as I believe such trials should be totally transparent and the conditions made obvious when signing up for them.
