I ordered my free 14day trial of Slimvida and Colon Flow They arrived within 3 days with a letter stating that to cancel the order the product had to be returned within 14 days of first order. I rang them on the 9th of July and spoke to a nice American lady who advised me to return the order to Natural Health Network Galashiels by tracker post on that same day I did exactly as I had been told. On 9th of August a sum of £140 was taken from my account much to my horrer. I rang the company and spoke to a lady called Juliette I asked why I had been charged as I had cancelled the order and returned their product as advised I quoted my tracker number to her. She told me She could not give me a refund as she was only Customer Services she would have to email her Boss to refund the money. On 21st of August I rang the Company again and this time I spoke to a lady called marissa saying I hadnt received my refund she said there was no notes on the account and no record of my tracker number and nothing to say any of the goods had been returne. Unfortunatly for myself I have mislaid my receipt for Tracking and a mreally angry with the way Ive been treated by this Company I also cant believe I fell for this expensive scm
