Two months have gone by since I ordered a "Magical" chain wine bottle holder with my groupon voucher. No sign of it.
Have sent numerous e-mails to Groupon, phoned and e-mailed Grape Gifts umpteen times, but never managed to speak to anyone. Left a message on their answering service, but no contact from them. Plan to bring it to the attention of Irish radio listeners on a national consumer programme, so let's see what happens!
