So I order a remote and a key for my Integra 2000 on 8th April. The website says it is in stock. They promptly charge me. I also get an email confirmation.

10 days down (17th April) - no remote or key. Send them an email and I get a prompt reply telling me that they were 2 weeks behind. I politely replied back saying it was already 2 weeks - so was it another 2 weeks? Yes - she said.

So I wait patiently for another 2 weeks and now it is 1st May, I send another email. Lady apologizes and tells me it is going to be any day now.

9th May - frustrated by the experience - I send another email and ask that the order be cancelled.

10th May - I am told that the order will be cancelled. I asked them specifically if it had been shipped (the email that they sent me indicated that it had not been shipped but they would refund me only if I returned the item, so I had to clarify). The lady explicitly replied it had not been shipped and that the order was being cancelled

14th May - I see no refund so I send another email. Apologies again from iKeyLess (at least they were apologetic) telling me the order shipped and was delivered May 12th. Bewildered I called home to ask my wife to check and it was there.

Frustrated by this whole experience, I am returning the key and fob.

I am just so upset by their false advertising on the website that says same day shipping and that the item was in stock
