Not received order after over 10 weeks! Rutland

I made an order on the 27th Feb 07 for some RYO tobacco. My card was charged promptly and I waited for the package to come through.

On the 14th March I decided to send an email asking if the order was sent as the Order status on the site still was "New Order". I got a quick response stating that the product just came back in stock and that my order was going to be shipped within the next 48hours. And so I waited.

On the 9th April I sent another email asking for shipping confirmation on the order as I had yet to receive anything through the post. Never got an answer.

On the 22nd April I sent yet another email asking again for confirmation and stating that my "patience was starting to run rather thin". No answer.

So here I am just over 50 dollars (worth about 28 back in February) worst off with still no news or sight of my order. It's been well over 10 weeks now and I'm done being patient.

Needless to say that I am no impressed by this retailer.
