On July 27 (3 weeks ago), I purchased a Bluetooth speaker phone.
I was billed the next day, even though there were none in stock.
After 2 weeks, I received an email stating the item was ready to be shipped (a lie). On August 16, I called and was told the item was out of stock, and they didn't know when they would be in stock.
I cancelled the order, and asked for a credit.
Customer service told me they bill immediately after receiving the order, even though no items may be in stock. Poor practices.
