During the first or second week of October ' I contacted cybersonic toothbrush to let them know that our credit card was lost and a new account number was issued so that they may charge the 3-payments of $19.95 due to them totaling $59.85.
On November 23rd I called cybersonic to let them know that our credit card was overcharged 2-payments as if I had placed a new toothbrush order total of overcharge $39.90. I spoke with a Mr. Melvin and he stated that our credit card statement will be corrected on the next statement. As of today, January 8th nothing has been done and the replacements have not arrived either.
I have been trying to call them on the 800-770-7525 number they give you know and I can't get thru to them.
I need someone's help in resolving this.
The credit card is under my husbands name not mine.
