My wife tried to purchase a vehicle from these dishonest people. Of course she did not know they were dishonest at first although it should have been apparent. Even in filling out the credit application they convinced her to use false information. They gave her the car and then 2 weeks later demanded it back because the bank recinded the loan due to "oddities" in the application. Of course we were aggrevated but told them via phone that we would bring the car back. They said ok and that they would refund the $500.00 down payment.
We called New Years Eve to ask business hours and they said they would be there till 7pm. After doing various tasks and errands we called again at 6pm to let them know we were on our way and no-one answered. We figured they had left early due to it being New Years Eve. The next day we passed the car lot and noticed they were open so we went home to get the car and take it to them. Before leaving we called and informed them we were on the way. They said ok. As we were pulling out a man swerved in front of the car blocking us from moving (I was following in seperate car). We asked what was up and he said he was here to get the car. They had sent a "repo man" to pick up the car! We informed him that we were on the way to the lot and he was more than welcome to follow. At the car lot we gave keys back and asked for down payment back. They said since the down payment was made on a credit card that it would have to be put back on the card. We said fine, but they refused to do it that day stating no-one there knew how. The next day we called to check that they had indeed put the money back as promised and they yes except for $100 which was the fee for the "repo man". The owner of the lot then proceeded to cuss me and told me that he wasn't giving me the money back and he could care less what we did about. This "repo fee" is nowhere in any of the contracts signed. They are thieves. Do not shop with Premier Auto Sales!
