Cybersonic ripoff no toothbrush replacements

I ordered the cybersonic toothbrush of t.V. With the understanding I would receive free replacement brushes every 3 months. I got them once. I tried calling the 800 number, not in service. I tried emailing them, it was sent back. So I'm stuck with a $100 toothbrush I can't replace the brushes on.
